Each mother’s postpartum depression journey is different, but sometimes it helps to know that we are not alone in our struggle.
Last year, I opened up the blog to accept guest posts from women who suffered from postpartum depression. You can read all the stories here. One thing that stuck out for me was both the differences and the similarities within each story.
When we tell our stories, we talk about how we knew, how it affected our lives and what we did about it. Each women’s story was unique but I was personally able to relate to some part of it, no matter how different our journeys were.
And so for 2019, I’d like to focus on comparing the differences and similarities by asking various women the same 10 questions about postpartum depression.
The goal is to prove to women with postpartum depression that:
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
I will be publishing one question, with it’s corresponding answers, on a monthly basis throughout the year.
You can access each new question and it’s answers through this post, so make sure to bookmark it and check back after the first of each month (February through November). The posts will be updated to reflect new answers as they are received.

You also gain access to an exclusive free resource library as well as regular e-mails offering support and information for those struggling from postpartum depression. (If you answered the questionnaire, you are already subscribed and will be notified when a new question is posted.)
