Each mother’s postpartum depression journey is different, but sometimes it helps to know that we are not alone in our struggle.
Last year, I opened up the blog to accept guest posts from women who suffered from postpartum depression. You can read all the stories here. One thing that stuck out for me was both the differences and the similarities within each story. When we tell our stories, we talk about how we knew, how it affected our lives and what we did about it. Each women’s story was unique but I was personally able to relate to some part of it, no matter how different our journeys were.
And so for 2019, I’d like to focus on comparing the differences and similarities by asking various women the same 10 questions about postpartum depression.
The goal is to prove to women with postpartum depression that:
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
I will be publishing one question, with it’s corresponding answers, on a monthly basis throughout the year.
